For the project The BUY, TRADE or TAKE Collection the audience is invited to buy (and choose what to pay), trade or merely take the objects on display. The collection is made up of different materials from the artist’s studio and home. These materials have been acquired through years of gathering and reevaluating for the most part discarded objects from the surroundings. A diverse range of things is on display: from finished art pieces and jewellery to sketches and worn-out shoes. This experiment in the nature of transaction and the relative value of things takes place in a shop, where the artist plays the role of shopkeeper.
