aiPotu (Anders Kjellesvik & Andreas Siqueland) is a self-organized platform for artistic production. The two artists have been working together since 2004. The project is based on a practice related to travel. The works take on a social and sculptural character based on where they are displayed. Recent exhibitions include “Revolutions - Forms That Turn” (2008), the Sydney Biennial and the group show “Pavillon 7” at Palais de Tokyo in Paris.
”Bermuda Triangle” is a series of three exhibitions in three different cities: Paris, Bergen and Winnipeg. The exhibitions consist of visualisations of previous and present journeys in real, forgotten or disappeared landscapes. Each work examines the notion of emptiness through the use of fictional material.
The first in the “Bermuda Triangle” series was the exhibition “Lolita” at the France Fiction Gallery in Paris in November/December 2008, and the last will be the exhibition ”Call of the Wild” at The Overlooked Space at The Plug In ICA in Winnipeg in March.
